Hotel Gold Arcos 4 Sup - Modern Luxury Experience - Benidorm

The location is decent, but i was shocked there was no welcome gift, considering my arrival. Apparently my hoodie grew legs, too. Bathroom experience was lacking, especially with the empty dispensers i found. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i realized, they just don't care about special guests like me.

The location was fantastic, in the middle of the city! Were happy to find Rochdi's 100 m away, where we could eat.

The room was outstanding with very comfy beds, excellent staff. A wide array of food for breakfast, it was brilliant! The stay in this gorgeous hotel was fabulous and we would like to go back there again.

I encountered several frustrating issues . The roof top pool was out of use for three days without notice, ruining my plans. The hand wash and shower gel dispensers in my room were empty, and only having two tiny milk packs in four days is unacceptable, especially as I chose to have my room cleaned less frequently. It feels like the hotel prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction by not providing essential items or informing customers of service outages.

Incredible position in the middle of the city.

The hotel is super clean and the staff is really friendly. Rooms are lovely and spacious with a great tv for chillin. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, perfect for relaxin after a long day. Breakfast was dope, so much to choose from! Location is right in the heart of everything, so easy to get around.

Only issue was the coffee maker was a bit confusing to use, could've used some help. The shuttle bus drop-off area could be better marked, took us a minute to find the entrance.

The rooftop pool is just fine, lekker for a chilled dip after a long day. Brekkie had so much variety, couldn't get enough of it! Staff were super friendly, always had a smile, sharp-sharp service!

Just found the room a bit too warm at times, might need better aircon.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location close to the beach and nightlife. The rooftop pool and bar offer fine views, while our room was both comfortable and spacious, with effective noise control for a restful night's sleep.

We noticed limited dining options nearby, made deciding where to eat a bit challenging.

Just a reliable pick for a brief sojourn in Benidorm with extraordinarily good value for money. The rooftop pool area provided fine views and was a nice escape after a long day of exploring. Remember to double-check if the kitchen is fully stocked for your meals before committing to any dining plans.

I loved the spacious room that allowed plenty of natural light, inviting atmosphere. The staff's attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel was particularly excellent.

Air conditioning could have been better.

Had a fantastic experience at this hotel, the staff were accommodating and friendly. The aesthetics of the rooftop pool area, combined with the spacious rooms, created a wonderful atmosphere. I did notice that the floors could have used a more thorough cleaning.

Lavish, Lavish, Lavish

The rooftop pool was fine with amazing views over the city! I loved the spacious Superior Beautiful Double Room with a terrace, which allowed me to soak in the very nice skyline while sipping my morning coffee. The breakfast buffet was a treat, with a wide variety of fresh options that kicked off my day with great energy.
